Having decided to upgrade my computer, using a small company to help, I came across MATTIAN via a Website search.

Making contact with the listed support line I decided after a very pleasing call to invite the company to quote me for my requirements.

Matthew visited me at home and took all my details, and quoted within a couple for days. The quote was accepted and the work commenced within two days, i.e. PC Printer and software. together with manuals etc. and my personal packages and internet connections.

The installation was successful , informative , and all that was promised. There was one problem with my old communication equipment Matt tackled this problem in a very professional and fair way, making sure first that the computer was alright followed by full testing before the the extra expense was passed on.

The equipment was returned together with the new router and all is now well. All aspects of the installation was excellent plus the support staff before during and after the sale was complete I will continue to use the company’s services in the future for support and upgrades as and when necessary. Matt is a computer whiz who should be able to sort out any computer-related problem you have. He installed a wireless router in my house very quickly and has also successfully sorted out bugs on our computers. In summary, I was very pleased with both the level of his knowledge and the quality of his service. His charges are very reasonable too.

My PC stopped working on a Saturday evening and Matt came round first
thing Sunday morning. The computer was taken apart, investigated,
diagnosed, then back up and running in less than an hour.

Owning a company means I have to work 7 days a week, so his fast

I am writing to say ‘thank you’ for all the help you have given me in not only spending time finding out my needs for a laptop, but then researching which one would make the best match for me.
Your extra help in setting up the programmes that I wanted and bringing the laptop to me at home, linking it with the home hub and making sure that all was working well before you left was very helpful.
For me, as I am not a confident computer user, this was invaluable. I have been using the laptop regularly ever since, and marvel at how the new Windows 7 is so easy to use. I am now sending e.mails, searching the net, and even using spreadsheets for some of my household records. It is also a very useful tool to store and view photos from my new digital camera. Who would have thought I was going to gain such confidence.
So, thank you again for all your help, it is very much appreciated.

If phrases like ‘I wonder why that happened’ or ‘What on earth does THAT mean?’ bedevil you when using your computer, HELP, I have discovered, is only a mouse click away.

This sort of thing happens to me all the time. I’ve done the classes, Word, Excel, etc.. Got the certificates to prove it but I live in a state of computer bafflement much of the time. Toolbars disappear, pop-up windows ask if I want to install things, I am accused of making ‘fatal errors’. It makes me nervous in case I do damage. I want to ask questions. Well now I can.

Initially I was able to try Mattian’s support and help service for free. All my top and bottom margins in all my work in Word had disappeared. No help was available from family and friends. They didn’t know what had happened either. A quick email to Matt brought a little screen picture showing me how to solve the problem with one quick click. Problem solved.

I decided to give the service a go. After all, I can cancel at any time. For less than £8 a month I can ‘Ask away’ at anytime and answers flow back usually by email. If that doesn’t work it’s a phone call and on one occasion my computer was taken over remotely to solve the problem. Now I can relax. I’m safe. My problems are over.

Better still I am learning new things all the time. It’s like having your own technician and personal tutor there to help all day, every day.

I suspect Mattian has got me for life. The person I speak to is confident and competent, articulate and smart. I can’t imagine wanting to give up the sense of security this service has given me and I already wonder how ever I managed without it.

Just to say thanks for the work you did on my pc. You sorted the problem out with great efficiency and your recommendation to use Windows 7 64bit was a brilliant move. My videos play so smoothly it is unbelievable, the speed of the pc is also unbelievable. I was impressed that you identified the problem, gave me the diagnosis, gave me a price and that is what I paid, carried out the work and had pc back to me in a week. Also you told me the pc didn’t need a RAM upgrade which most companies would have said was necessary, which shows a trustworthiness.

Having trojans invade our home computer preventing us using it I searched the internet for local support. I was so grateful to come across Mattian. Matt very promptly came out to look at it and then finding it so infected took the computer away and resolved the problem.

Since, I have used Mattian for all my computer needs; purchased software from Matt when he set up a new laptop for me and anytime we have telephoned for advice or support I have found Matt very obliging and happy to help. I find that Matt is able to provide a complete service.

His manner is very approachable, friendly but professional and he is very knowledgable. I would recommend him as a person and for his professional knowledge and excellent service to anyone.

I would like to confirm that Matt Setchell [Mattian] recently repaired my lap top computer and that I was completely satisfied with the service that he provided. He was clear with his instructions and guidelines of costs etc. He repaired my computer within 2 days and completely cleared it of all viruses and installed an anti virus software package for me.

For someone who isn’t very knowledgeable with computers he was very helpful and I would have no hesitation of recommending him to others.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Jade and yourself for coming to my rescue last week.

We are all becoming more and more reliant on computers these days both in the working environment and at home. When they inevitably breakdown, we all hope that our somewhat limited knowledge of computers will allow us to fix the problem ourselves. All too often we fail miserably and resort to looking for outside help. This usually means calling expensive ‘help lines’ which regularly fail to deliver. When my laptop crashed last week I knew I needed local expertise and advice and I’m so glad that I contacted you.

Your fast and efficient response, resulting in a home visit convenient to me, greatly impressed me and I was especially comforted knowing that my problem would be dealt with for a very reasonable fixed fee. You quickly gave me the confidence that I needed that I had found the right man for the job.

Since you installed Windows 7, and dealt with a number of compatibility issues that arose with my existing software, my laptop is now working faster and better than it has ever done.
