We use a company to answer our initial calls. Due to the nature of the job, we are often unavailable to answer every single call that comes into our business. We need a reliable method of ensuring we dont miss any calls or customers, and that they are spoken to by people who know the business, and can do more then just take a message. Thats why we use No Missed Calls to answer our calls. They have access to our calendar, and have been trained in how our business works. We have a group of 3 call handlers, who will work with us to provide an excellent service.

Email, Calendar and Contacts

We sell to our customers a complete hosted communication system – so of course we use it ourselves. Our call handlers and staff can access their emails, calendars, to do list and contacts on mobiles, ipads, laptops or computers anywhere with internet connection. We can also view each others calendars and contacts to ensure we all know where the others are!

Online accountancy

We use the well known KashFlow accountancy package – it allows us to access customers records and all our invoices online from anywhere with internet access. The best part is – we dont have to back up any data, upgrade any software or worry about where it is installed!

A virtual assistant

We use the net to find people who can help us run our business better – and we have used Rebecca from GR Office Solutions to aid us in marketing our business, when we simply did not have time. A cost effective solution which allowed us to carry on with our business.

We are able to get your screen ordered for the next working day if you order pre 2pm Monday – Thursday. We can usually change a screen on the same day we get it into stock.

We launched the system to help those users who have the odd question, but don’t want to keep paying call out fees when they are not needed.

Netbooks are like laptops, only with a smaller screen (around 10.1″) and a lot longer battery life. Storage space wise they usually have around 160-250GB (more then enough) and run slightly lower spec processors then low mid range laptops (to help conserve battery life)

The brilliant thing about them is that they are cheap – under £300 easily. This gets you a great little laptop which can be used for simple web browsing, basic editing of documents and email.

Whatsmore, these things are great on the move – because the batteries tend to last for 5 hours +. When used in conjunction with a 3G dongle, you can be connected to the internet anywhere where you can get a mobile phone signal (providing its 3G)
