About me

I work as a ICT Services Lead for Lourdes IT, an IT Support team providing support for schools within our MAC, but also for more schools outside of the MAC.

I am also a Strategic IT Lead for Central RSA Academies Trust.

I really enjoy my job, and what we have achieved. I’ve been in my current role for 7 years, starting in a cupboard, and now in our own building with 14 staff – but I have been working in school IT support for the last 14 years.

I am a dad to 2, but have joined forces with my partner and her 2, meaning I drive a 7 seater car now and everything costs more, but it’s also a lot more fun.

Trying to motivate myself to get into work. So much to do.

Sorry folks. Just wrote my September get ready email for supported schools and sent it out 😂 Also wrote a new school’s handbook. Last year we got over 1k tickets above our monthly average for the year. Expecting it to be much more year too. So north of 2.5k tickets.

I have spent today making an SLE visit logging system for @central_rsaa in @Office365 - a SharePoint list, which then uses flow to email a custom HTML template and save a copy of it in the SharePoint documents storage. If suitable can look at making a PowerApp in future. Maybe.
